I’m a food retail entrepreneur, speaker, steak addict, marketer, ex-bartender, designer, writer, consultant and slave to an ornamental degree. Yes, I used to make cocktails as well; I really enjoyed that period of my life and hence my alcohol addiction.
So what makes me qualified to be talking about food, travel and nightlife?
My roots are in Food & Beverage, having worked in numerous food outlets, bars and interacting with world-class chefs all over. I’ve also started a couple of F&B businesses not to mention provide consultancy on the side.
Recipient of the SPRING Youth Entrepreneur Scheme grant, I’ve also been featured on multiple local media like the Sunday Times (local newspaper) and SGentrepreneur, with my articles also featured on Singapore Business Review and Business2community. Most recently, we have also been syndicated to Yahoo Singapore!
I believe in writing about niche subjects that I have personal experience and passion in, as well as having tested the actual marketing theories for myself.
