The vibe: An unexpected, refreshing departure from the standard hotel ballroom. Set in a 1930’s chapel at the top of Dempsey Hill, The White Rabbit provides a truly unique space to hold your next event that will leave your guests talking. The restaurant serves classic, detail oriented European cuisine that is as impressive as the restaurants interiors.
Capacity: The inside of the restaurant seats 120 pax, or can hold 250 standing. There is also an intimate, globe lit outdoor patio which can seat 60 or has capacity for 300 standing.
Minimum spend: Exclusive use of the indoor restaurant, $25,000++.
The vibe: Elegance and class inside Singapore’s oldest museum. FLUTES provides a fine dining experience with the service to match. The space is perfect if you are looking to impress a client or teat the office to a night of pampering inside the historic National Museum of Singapore.
Capacity: FLUTES has three areas to host events. The main dining room can seat 80 pax, while there is also a smaller private dining room that hosts 30. In addition, the outdoor terrace can hold 40 people.
Minimum spend: Exclusive use of the restaurant is $10,000++ for lunch, $20,000++ for dinner.
The vibe: Sophisticated comfort food from the former Habsburg Empire, coupled with extreme attention to detail, set in the newly re-opened Capitol Theatre. In addition to the dining rooms, Kaiserhaus has an upstairs bar that connects to the theater – perfect for hosting your guests to an enjoyable night of dinner and a show.
Capacity: The private dining room holds up to 18 pax seated and 30 standing. The kitchen at level 2 has capacity for 95 pax seated and 150 standing. The upstairs bar holds 70 pax seated and 100 standing.
Minimum spend: $600++ food and beverage spending.
The vibe: Local, independent, indie cinema able to transform to meet all your needs. The Projector is a great option if you are looking to host a cocktail party and then move into the cinema for a lecture, panel, preformance or film. The location began as a passion project come to life from crowdfunding. Hosting your event here is a great way to support local small businesses.
Capacity: The Projector has two cinema areas. One rooms holds 150 seats and 30 bean bags. The second holds 230 cinema chairs. The cafe/lobby area seats 40 or is prefect for a standing cocktail party of up to 200.
Minimum spend: $1,500 food and beverage spending in the foyer space. Additional corkage fee applies for outside alcohol.
The vibe: Open, friendly bar and lounge space conveniently located in the CBD. Cook & Brew, set atop The Westin, is becoming increasingly popular with the working crowd because of its corporate friendly menu options, packages and location. The proper, yet relaxed vibe is prefect for cocktail parties, networking events or dinner with a view.
Capacity: The lounge area can hold 150 – 200 pax. Alternatively, the dining area can accommodate 88 persons with a variety of set lunch or dinner menus to choose from.
Minimum spend: Purchase of a cocktail reception ($100-$200++ per pax) and/or lunch or dinner set menu ($65-$150++ per pax).
The vibe: A cool, urban brewery overlooking the Marina Bay providing home brewed beers and relaxed elegance. Boasting one of my favorite views in all of Singapore, LeVeL33 is one of my go-to locations to host out of town guests (both of the personal and professional variety) or to have some afterwork fun with the coworkers.
Capacity: The main dining room seats 110 and has room for 220 standing. The private dining rooms hold 11 guests each, or can be combined to accommodate 26 guests. The popular outdoor terrace provides some fresh air and space for mingling.
Minimum spend: Minimum 6 guests required for one private room booking, 12 guests for combined room.
The vibe: A boutique theater with a cool rooftop bar, smack in between old and new world Singapore. Getting slightly away from the craze of the CBD, Ann Siang Road is a welcome, convenient location. The intimate theather room combined with The Screening Room’s extensive food menu and shophouse views make for a fun and quaint option for hosting an event.
Capacity: The theater room holds 35 pax seated comfortably and 50 pax sitting and mingling. The rooftop has space for 100.
Minimum spend: Food or beverage package for minimum 20 pax. Canapé selections range from $20-$45++ per person.
The vibe: Authentic Italian food set in a hidden, historic 1918 colonial mansion. Set back from the main road on a lush, green hill, Alkaff Mansion provides an intimate, private setting perfect for spending quality time with your vaulted clients or colleagues.
Capacity: Alkaff Mantion has two levels, an outdoor terrace and Grand Maequee Ballroom. The main level seas 60 pax or has room for 100 standing. The second level seats 100 or 150 can stand. The terrace/gazebo area for alfresco dining or cocktail party holds 64. The ballroom, separate from the main restaurant, seats 400 or has room for 600 to stand.
Minimum spend: Price varies by day of the week. Level 1 Dining Hall $2,500-$5,000, Level 2 Dining Hall $4,500-$9,000, Level 2 Bar $1,000-$2,000, Al Fresco Terrace $2,000, Grand Marquee $7,000.
The vibe: Award winning, climate controlled, fine dining set inside an iconic Singapore landmark. POLLEN provides modern European cuisine by Michelin star chef Jason Atherton. With its location inside the Flower Dome at Gardens by The Bay and it’s lengthy list of accolades, POLLEN is sure to impress the most significant of guests.
Capacity: The main dining rooms seats 80 pax. The bistro bar on the second level has room for 40 seated and 60 standing.
Minimum spend: $12,000-$16,000++ for dinner and $8,000-$12,000++ for lunch for the entire restaurant (both floors). Price varies by day of the week. The Bistro area is $6,000++ for lunch and $8,000++ for dinner.
The vibe: A classic, go-to space for corporate events with the view and experience to match. [email protected] provides three distinct menus of Japanese, French and Chinese cuisine. Having played host to a large number of events, [email protected] strives to be the perfect, most accommodating host for your next big event.
Capacity: The main dining room can seat 90 pax or 200 standing. The private room seats 12 and has room for 35 standing. The outdoor lounge area holds 50 seated and 150 standing. In total, [email protected] can seat 152 persons or hold 385 standing.
Minimum spend: Varies by day of the week and time of day. Private dining room ($800-$2,000++), Lounge ($12,000-$25,000++), Exclusive buy out ($10,000-$50,000++).
The vibe: Hip, trendy and home to one of the most iconic rooftop bars in Singapore. 1-Altitude is another well known spot in the CBD to host events. With three levels, you can first host a quiet, intimate dinner then head upstairs to the bar for a wild night of partying and 360 degree views.
Capacity: Altimate on leave 61 holds 250 pax, Stellar on level 62 holds 180 pax standing and 170 for sit-down dining and the 1-Altitude Rooftop can accommodate 350 pax.

The vibe: Beautiful, French cuisine set in the gorgeous Singapore Artshouse. Boating a baby grand piano and three musical acts in the evening, OFC was built to provide an evening or afternoon of class, elegance and sophistication.
Capacity: Main Dining Room holds 50 pax, the Private Dining Room seats 12 pax, and the Terrace for snack and drinks areas holds 20 pax.
