Launched on 4 June 2017, this 6 month pop-up held at Flip Flop offers unique dishes such as Boston Lobster Benedict ($30), Jamon & Trio Cheese Baked Egg Hash ($14), and more.
This pop up also focuses on farm fresh ingredients, with over 65 varieties of edible plants, fruits and vegetables being cultivated in the 11,000 square foot farm in the hotel.
