2016 has been quite the year for most of us and I’m sure I’m not alone in welcoming December with open arms. A brand new year beckons and what better way to celebrate than going all out this festive season. Two words: Treat. Yourself.
With a slew of Michelin-starred and Celebrity Chef restaurants, I can’t think of a better place to shell out for a dining experience to remember than at Resorts World Sentosa.

Imagine celebrating at the only three Michelin-starred restaurant in Singapore – now that would be a December to remember. The famous Joël Robuchon Restaurant needs no introduction, guaranteed to wow you and your loved ones with French haute cuisine.
Dress to impress and indulge in signature dishes like the Wild Salmon Tartare with Imperial Caviar and Saffron Crisps or the delectable Beef Châteaubriand and Foie Gras. Go on, you deserve it.

For a more interactive dining experience, reserve a table at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon. Simple cuisine is elevated in a vibrant atmosphere, and guests get to be part of the action with only a counter separating the kitchen and main dining area.
You can look forward to culinary creations like the Roasted Scottish Lobster in red wine sauce and stewed kale and the Breast Of Pigeon and Foie Gras steamed in savoy cabbage.

There’s just something about this festive season that lends to a little bit more magic in the air, and dining at Ocean Restaurant by Cat Cora takes celebrating to the next level.

The festive 6-course special menu includes tantalising Grilled Kurobuta Pork Cubes with barbecue sauce (pictured) and is available for lunch and dinner (24 – 26 Dec 2016 and 31 Dec 2016 – 2 Jan 2017) at $98++ per person, with a minimum of two diners.
In the spirit of this festive season, why not get the whole family together and share in a special edition steamboat meal. Slightly unconventional but in no way less fancy, choose from an assortment of premium ingredients like Hokkaido Scallops and Kurobuta Pork.
The variety of mains and plated dishes means there’s something for everyone and you’ll be spoilt for choice when you see the number of specialty sauces and condiments available. Truly go all out in celebration and order the additional Whole Boston Lobster ($38++, approx. 600g) to enjoy with your loved ones.
