Dominique Ansel Bakery’s Watermelon & Corn Ice Cream In Tokyo Will Keep You Cool For The Summer Of 2017

Chef Dominique from Dominique Ansel Bakery Japan was named the World’s Best Pastry Chef for his quality creations.

His creativity is certainly not limited to pastries because he has just released innovative summer ice cream specials from now until the end of September 2017!

The What-a-Melon ice cream is a watermelon-flavoured soft serve sandwiched by a watermelon. The seeds seen on the fruit are actually made from chocolate.

Watermelon lovers, rejoice for you can now beat the summer heat with this refreshing dessert!

The Crème de la Corn is a caramel and sweet corn-flavoured soft serve which sits atop a corn cob that is blow torched and brushed with butter and soy sauce. This ice cream made its debut in the summer of 2016 and is back again this year due to its popularity.

These unique creations are only available at the Dominique Ansel Bakery Omotesando branch in Tokyo so if you are in the vicinity, stop by and try them out for yourself. I can’t wait to see what Chef Dominique has in mind for the ice cream creations to come!
