Like every hungry HDB dweller, I order pizza delivery in Singapore on a regular basis. A little too regular.
Pizza – delicious flatbreads normally served with various toppings such as meat, tomatoes and cheese have won the hearts of many all over the world. Despite its Italian roots, did you know that its popularity did not gain much traction till it was brought over to the United States of America by the immigrants from Naples in the late 19th and early 20th centuries? Well, just an interesting fact that I thought you might want to sink your teeth into.
Should you ever find me chomping down on a slice of pizza, it would definitely be in the comforts of my own house, in the presence of good company, an entertaining movie playing somewhere in the background and lots of ice-cream. Due to my inherent nua-ness (something like laziness), I have pizza delivery hotlines on speed-dial for days where I am just too comfortable in my pyjamas to head out for food. I’m sure many Singaporeans are with me on this one.
If you are just like me and you prefer to chomp down on these crusty delights in the comforts of your own house, here are the top pizza deliveries in Singapore (excluding Pizza Hut because, duh, overrated) for your laziest of days. Many of the smaller joints have limited delivery zones though, so do check out their websites first.
Food delivery should be a fast and convenient solution. But have you ever experienced placing your pizza order only to find out that the wait time before it reaches your doorstep is more than two hours long? With Pizza Delivery, you can get your quick pizza fix as the eatery promises a wait time of up to one hour for islandwide delivery!
This upscale fast-casual dining concept offers artisan-style pizzas and pasta that are freshly made upon order. Led by a head chef trained in Italy for over a decade, be rest assured that you will be served with pizzas made using the finest ingredients with flavours that are fiercely true to the Italian traditions.
To ensure the freshness of their pizzas, Pizza Delivery’s pizza dough is hand made daily in batches. It is then fermented for 72 hours to bring out its optimum flavour to go with their secret tomato sauce that is simmered for eight hours.
With a variety of twelve stone oven-fired pizza alongside eight different pastas and an array of side dishes, there will definitely be a dish that will suit even the pickiest eater. What’s more, Pizza Delivery is currently running a buy 1 free 1 promotion—that’s a saving of up to S$51 for your orders!
Free islandwide delivery is available for orders more than S$60, so what are you waiting for?
Aiming to be Asia’s most craved-after Italian pizzas, I particularly fancy Spizza’s authentic thin-crusted pizzas which are crafted using only high-quality ingredients – tomatoes, mushrooms, artichokes and others, specially flown in from Italy. To keep up with consumers’ ever-changing preferences, Spizza is also constantly making sure that customers get to excite their taste buds by experimenting with something new on the menu every so often.
New dough flavours, sauces and toppings? You name it, Spizza will be on it. Other than pizza, Spizza also offers salads, antipasti, sides, pasta and even oven-baked goodies.
The only downside is that they are a little slower with deliveries when compared to other ubiquitous pizza places. So make sure you call in advance!

Owned by the widely-acclaimed Les Amis group, Peperoni Pizzeria prides itself on their hearty and scrumptious wood-fired pizzas. Taste and texture-wise, wood fired pizzas are hugely different from those baked in electrical ovens – they strike the perfect balance in the crust between pillowy, chewy, crispy and moist. Mmm, I think the only drawback to eating wood-fired pizzas would be that you will never find a pizza which you’ve retrieved from the depths of your freezer and stuck into the oven for 15 minutes to be satisfying anymore.
Well, lucky for you because Peperoni Pizzeria delivers!

It might be surprising to some but Rocky’s Pizza has quite a bit of history: it has been in operation since 1987, when it first set up a physical store at Sunset Way. After a brief stint at The Rail Mall on Upper Bukit Timah, Rocky’s is now back at the Sunset Way, continuing to serve up its yummy and mouth-watering pizzas. Plus, all their pizzas are guaranteed to be made from the freshest of ingredients – they are all lovingly prepared in-house!

As the third-largest pizza restaurant in Singapore, Sarpino’s Pizzeria is committed to serving authentic Italian comfort food to the masses.
The restaurant has something which is sure to strike a chord with someone with its huge selection of gourmet and speciality pizzas – my favourite is their deliciously spicy Midnight Express. It contains spicy minced beef, beef salami, beef pepperoni, fiery beef sausages, jalapeno peppers, red chilli and rich mozzarella cheese. Just talking about it is making me salivate.

I don’t know about you but if I were to turn up at a class gathering of some sorts at a classmate’s house, I would be sure to expect Canadian Pizza to be present on the dining table. Rite Pizza is one of the cheapest options on this list with prices starting from $21.80 for two pizza. Better yet, you do not have to worry about additional charges as delivery is completely free and GST is absorbed by Rite Pizza.
Though you will not be getting authentic Italian pizzas, you can still choose indulgent American style pizzas that are loaded with tons of meat and cheese. For starters, you could try Meat Supreme or Super Spicy Chicken.
Rite pizza may not be the best out there, but with reasonable prices and no extra charges, this is a quick fix for when you’re craving pizza.

You might have seen Pezzo stalls around in various malls with their carnival theme, but did you know you can order Pezzo for delivery as well? A standard 14-inch pizza with six slices costs $24.90 but if you’re feeling fickle you can choose a different flavour for each slice.
Their pizza selection is small with classics such as Pepperoni Party and Hola Hawaiian, however, they often shake it up with new and unorthodox flavours. Their current special is the Wasabi Prawn pizza ($24.90) which is made with a creamy wasabi mayo base, succulent prawns, turkey ham, and turkey bacon. Definitely something you should try if you’re feeling adventurous and are tired of the usual flavours.
Pezzo: Delivery Hours: 10am – 10pm (Daily) | Tel: +65 6844 4222 | Website
Pizza Boy is kind of the newest kid on the block, having opened in November 2016. It is a local pizzeria that is run by people who gave up their day jobs to pursue their dream of having their own business.
You’re also going to save a lot of money without scrimping on taste, at Pizza Boy. Pizza prices start at $4.50 for 6-inch pizzas and go up to $12.90 for 12-inch pizzas. How awesome is that?
Be sure to try some of their bestsellers such as Mighty Meaty, Blazing BBQ, and Hawaiian Wonder. All their pizzas have original sauces which taste oh so good, and are delivered hot and melty.
What really won our hearts though was the PB Power Balls Pizza. It is a cheese pizza that comes with additional balls of cheese on top so you’re getting a whole lot more texture and taste despite the small price.
Pizza Boy: Delivery Hours: 11am – 9.30pm (Daily) | Tel: +65 6493 5777 | Website
Knickers+Bockers is a pizzeria that caters especially to the office workers in the CBD area. Based in Collyer Quay, they deliver to the nearby office buildings up till 8 or 9pm. Perfect for office parties or when you’re having late-night meetings and are getting peckish.
The best thing about Knickers+Bockers is that you can completely customise your pizza with unlimited toppings. It costs $13.90 for a 10-inch pizza and 10.90 for a 7-inch pizza.
