Miryoku Bistro Biscotti Cup

The Biscotti Cup is a durable and delicious hand-made pastry that holds your Americano (S$8.90) or Cocoa (S$9.90) liquids for up to an hour without it dissolving. Select between their chocolate or vanilla biscotti cup to pair it with their in-house espresso for a delightful combination that hardly needs any convincing!

The classic coffee with chocolate pairing is a no-brainer. The chocolate biscotti is an artisanal product crafted from the finest ingredients sourced within Italy. The biscotti, when eaten right at the end induces a satisfying feeling — kind of like how you would sometimes savour the best parts of an individual dish for last.

The vanilla biscotti is glazed with icing purposefully for enhancing the depth of the coffee product. The glaze is designed for a special blend of flavours, fusing the dissolved frosting into the espresso itself. This creates a balance of sweet and bitter, while essences of vanilla that come through as undertones add range to the flavour profile.

The structure of the biscotti will also evolve to present a softer, more delicate mouthfeel to the consumer as the warm coffee soaks into the walls of the edible cup.

Coffee is a staple in my diet. Discovering innovative ways to recreate this ordinary experience into a novel adventure instantly counts as a win in my book!
