This 21 & 28 December 2019, drum up the festive spirit with our Christmas Cocktail Pairings. Join us for an evening of Christmas-themed cocktails paired with an exclusively-curated three-course dinner at Route 65 in Suntec City, hosted by SETHLUI.com’s events team.

From S$65 per pax, you’ll get to enjoy three specially-crafted cocktails by professional mixologists, together with starters, mains and desserts from Route 65 (previously WAN Bar + Kitchen & Nightclub).

For starters, you can expect a choice of Char-Grilled Ribeye, Crackling Siew Yoke or crispy Fish Skin (choose from Salted Egg Yolk or Truffle). Start the night with our specially-concocted Toffee Apple Eggnog, a sweet cocktail garnished with cinnamon. We use 100% pure apple juice from RAUCH—with no preservatives or gelatine added, it’s sure to bring out the taste of the eggnog spectacularly. And the toffee notes come from V Gallery’s Toffee Fudge Vodka—it sat so sweetly on my palate and goes down so smoothly that I could hardly believe it’s just vodka.

Work up an appetite for the mains, and choose from the Signature Hokkien Mee, Grilled Beef Donburi or Slipper Lobster Linguine. For something this hearty, you’ll need our Chocolate Wine Spritz.

Yes, you read it right. Made with the iconic Rubis chocolate wine—an infusion of cacao into Spanish Tempranillo grapes—and orange juice from RAUCH, this sensual cocktail is at once sweet, velvety and subtly citrusy, with a delicious dark chocolate finish.

And for dessert, munch on the Wantou Donuts, with a choice of bandung, peanut or kaya sauce. A play on “mantou”, these delectable morsels have the same crispy skin and fluffy insides as fried mantou.

It’s Christmas, so our third cocktail of the night is Let It Snow. A magical concoction made with pineapple and lime juices, and Coconut Vodka from V Gallery, this drink is topped with a pineapple triangle and toasted coconut shavings for the ultimate Christmas in the tropics.

V Gallery’s flavoured Italian vodkas are distilled five times, so it’s smooth and crystal-clear, with distinct flavour profiles. Aside from Coconut, they also offer seven other flavours: Toffee Fudge, Grape, Very Berry, Mango Crush, Marshmallow, Cucumber, and Coffee.

Throughout the night, you can also look forward to an interactive cocktail booth, run by professional mixologists. Learn how to create your own intoxicating concoction, with spirits and wines from V Gallery and Rubis, mixed with refreshing juices from RAUCH.

Do note that there’ll only be 30 seats per night, so you might want to hurry and grab a spot. ‘Tis the season to indulge—a full belly and tasty tipples are certainly the way to go.
