15 Jun 2023 was an exciting day for hawkers and restauranteurs alike. It was the day when the MICHELIN Guide Singapore 2023 Bib Gourmand Selection took place. There are a total of 79 Bib Gourmand establishments, including 19 new additions (17 hawker stalls and 2 restaurants).

Have you spotted the iconic red and white MICHELIN sticker displayed at hawker stalls or restaurants? It signifies that the establishment has been awarded a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand, highlighting its exceptional value-for-money gourmet experience.
I understand that you’re dying to find out about these places. To make things simpler, I’ve categorised all the MICHELIN Bib Gourmand spots based on food types.
Do note that some stalls may be repeated as they serve more than 1 dish.
