What happens when you bring 6 different, talented chefs together? A specially curated menu that is bound to tantalise your taste buds, of course. Singaporean restaurant Rempapa is celebrating its 1st anniversary by throwing a 1-day-only only First Anniversary Heritage Food Festival on 18 Feb 2023.

The 6 chefs include Rempapa’s very own founder Damian D’Silva, Willin Low, one of the pioneers of Modern Singapore cuisine, private chef and Masterchef Singapore Season 2 participant Vasunthara Ramasamy, Patisserie Antoinette founder and Hakka cuisine advocate Pang Kok Keong, SG Brisket Kitchen pitmaster Jayce Ho, as well as private chef, author, and veteran food writer, Annette Tan.

The exciting menu consists of Kueh Keledek & Fried Popiah by Annette, Suan Pan Zi (abacus seeds made with yam by Pang), Masala and Cashew Nut Vadai by Vasunthara, Beef Brisket in a Panini by Jayce along with Chicken Curry Noodles, Sambal Stingray and Vegetarian Kedongdong Salad by Damian. Meanwhile, Willin will be sharing his Iberico Pork Satay with a Pineapple Salsa Dip.

The Heritage Food Festival takes place at the Rempapa restaurant on 18 Feb 2023, from 12pm to 9pm.

Tickets to the festival costs S$68 per person, which entitles each diner to S$70 in credits. Food items cost between S$5 to S$10, while drinks range from S$5 per glass for a non-alcoholic cocktail to S$65 for a bottle of red or white wine.
