The 6 chefs include Rempapa’s very own founder Damian D’Silva, Willin Low, one of the pioneers of Modern Singapore cuisine, private chef and Masterchef Singapore Season 2 participant Vasunthara Ramasamy, Patisserie Antoinette founder and Hakka cuisine advocate Pang Kok Keong, SG Brisket Kitchen pitmaster Jayce Ho, as well as private chef, author, and veteran food writer, Annette Tan.
The exciting menu consists of Kueh Keledek & Fried Popiah by Annette, Suan Pan Zi (abacus seeds made with yam by Pang), Masala and Cashew Nut Vadai by Vasunthara, Beef Brisket in a Panini by Jayce along with Chicken Curry Noodles, Sambal Stingray and Vegetarian Kedongdong Salad by Damian. Meanwhile, Willin will be sharing his Iberico Pork Satay with a Pineapple Salsa Dip.
