Probably one of the oldest restaurants on this list, the Prima Tower Revolving Restaurant was established in 1977, and has since been serving Beijing cuisine to customers. Breeze at Scarlet Hotel overlooks Chinatown and has a nice outdoor setting – sofas under comfortable tents and fairy lights dangled all around the trees.
