Yappari Steak is a well-known for serving thick cuts of steak that are grilled on lava stone plates from Mt. Fuji. The brand promises that its steak is “plump and juicy” from the careful preparation that the meat undergoes. The restaurant also provides a wide range of seasonings and sauces for customers to pair with their steak, such as A1 sauce and furikake.

At the time of writing, there is no other information regarding the opening of Yappari Steak in Singapore. However, taking a look at the brand’s Japanese menu offers some insight into what local diners can expect from the VivoCity restaurant.
