Recently, the steakhouse has decided to up the ante and provide a tailored gastronomical experience to its diners, with the addition of an eight-seater omakase counter. The introduction will allow new Japanese Head Chef, Shigeru Kasajima, to feature premium seasonal ingredients that are equally as exceptional as the Wagyu that the restaurant is beloved for.

Expect quintessential Japanese dishes exquisitely handcrafted in the five-course lunch and 10-course dinner Chef’s Table Omakase menus. Sashimi options shine alongside premium-grade Wagyu, with seasonal ingredients like Uni, Amaebi Prawns, Anago Eel and Crab Kani Miso to delight your senses.

The meal, of course, wouldn’t be complete without Fat Cow’s very own Junmai Daiginjo sake, produced exclusively by Watanabe Sahei Brewery – its floral, fruity taste is sure to elevate your dining experience.
