One of the most influential chefs in Japan, Koichi Izumi, is bringing his chocolate and pastry skills to a three-day course at Chocolate Academy, from 21 – 23 February 2018.

Well-known in his home country of Japan, he has also presented at the famous Japanese Salon du Chocolat, Japan’s biggest chocolate trade show, with other chocolatiers from Belgium, France, Italy and more.

Participants will get the chance to get up close, witness and learn about his refined techniques in handcrafting the petit gateaux, and be inspired by creations from the chef Izumi’s renowned pastry shop ASTERISQUE.

In addition, this three-day workshop will also be featuring macarons, eclairs, cupcakes, mont blancs and other boutique pastries.

Come on down to learn more about honing your craft in chocolate and be equipped with new skills, as well as finding out what goes into creating these vibrant and sophisticated desserts. Lunch is provided for this three-day course.
