You’ll start with a 40-minute nutritional talk and presentation that’ll guide you through the many benefits of a low-carb diet that is rich in proteins and good fats. This will be followed by an introduction to the ingredients and style of cuisine.

Learn the ropes of simple healthy home-cooked food with instructors demonstrating and divulging their best recipes such as: Turmeric Burgers With A Cucumber & Coriander Salsa, Smashed Avocado And A Side Of Greens and Lime Spritzer. 

The demonstrations are step-by-step so don’t worry about not being able to keep up; just chill out and have a great time learning the healthy way of living!
