Timbre’s S$1 Carnival will get you excited to make the trip over to Yishun Park Hawker Centre!
Happening on 29 June 2019, get ready for a feast like no other, with dishes for just S$1 each.
With 26 participating stalls serving up generous portions of hawker fare for just S$1 each, you’ll get to sample more while paying less.
If you love durians, you’ll be happy to know that there’ll be 1,000kg of durian up for grabs! At S$1 per serving, it’s definitely a steal.
The ‘King of Fruits’ will arrive with huge fanfare, particularly since there’ll be Mao Shan Wang and D24 among the batch of durians.
The durians are only permitted for purchase at S$1 when with a one-to-one exchange of receipts, received from eating at any one of the 26 participating hawker stalls.
Expect fun for the whole family with carnival booths that are sure to amuse kids and adults alike. There will even be a workshop at 3pm to teach you how to select the best durians!
The Singaporean in me absolutely loves this carnival, with all things cheap and hawker culture. There’s no excuse for missing it!
