Not sure if you guys have noticed, the renowned Xiangshan Fish Steamboat from KL had made its debut at JB’s Sutera Mall. Now, residents of both Singapore and JB can enjoy the delicious flavours of KL.
The inaugural outlet in JB can be found on Level 2 of Sutera Mall. It’s famous for its wooden barrel fish, featuring live fresh fish cooked in a 400-degree hot stone barrel. Additionally, the dish incorporates Sichuan peppercorn, known for its detoxifying properties.
Begin your dining experience by selecting your desired soup base. Choose from a selection of 5: Classic (RM38), Original (RM36), Tomato (RM38), Sauerkraut (RM38), and Golden (RM48).
Once you’ve picked your soup base and fish, you can elevate your dining experience by incorporating steamboat ingredients and complementing your meal with additional side dishes. Choices range from meat and vegetables to snacks.
Some signature items to consider are the Iberico Pork Collar (RM48), White Beef Omasum Tripe (RM30), Vegetables Platter (RM20), Homemade Corn Cake (RM8), and Crispy Fried Fresh Milk (RM12).
The establishment also provides homemade beverages served in pitchers like Osmanthus Sour Plum Juice (RM18) and Rock Sugar Snow Pear Juice (RM18).
