Quite possibly one of the most ambitious (and unique) lifestyle concepts yet, the aptly named  C.O.T.U (Centre of the Universe) has opened its doors! Located in CapitaGreen, the concept occupies 18,000 square feet across levels 38 and 39, providing a bird’s eye view of the Marina Bay skyline.

C.O.T.U comprises of 5 different venues: Little Birdie, a cocktail bar offering playful and experiential drinks with theatrical flair. Their menu consists of precision-poured cocktails, such as the CAVE Normand, which is a frozen apple stalagmite with champagne. Based on what is known of the smell of space, the Supermassive Black Hole is a concoction of rum, rye, and salted raspberry.

Enso Steakhouse is a Japanese-inspired fine-dining restaurant that takes the robust flavours of a New York-style steakhouse and combines it with Japanese culinary precision. To ensure that every piece of beef is exemplary in both flavour and texture, the restaurant has its own in-house ageing room, custom-designed by Chef Alex Craciun. Diners can look forward to tender, flavourful cuts as well as Tableside Pressed Sushi and Potato Nigiri.

The menu contains creative mixes like the Whisper Collins, which is a bright mix of Singleton 15, house citrus cordial, yuzu, and fizz. Meanwhile, the La Vie En Ruby is a unique take on the Cosmopolitan, made with Ciroc, premium cranberry mix, house citrus cordial, and wakame

Signature cocktails include the Martini At The Centre Of The Universe, a concoction that blends C.O.T.U. Infinity gin, vodka, sake, and champagne vinegar.
