A new mall called Arra Shopping Centre (ASC) is set to open in Ara Damansara — and it’s one to watch if you’re always on the lookout for new food spots and easy hangout places.

Arra Shopping Centre (ASC) is an upcoming neighbourhood mall within Puncakdana’s Arra Residences and Amara Residences integrated development, with completion slated for 2029.
Instead of going the mega mall route, this one is designed to be a more practical, day-to-day destination — generally quick meals, coffee stops, and casual meetups.

F&B will be the main highlight, with confirmed tenants like Ben’s Independent Grocer (BIG), The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Kaiia Kanteen, Provisions Cafe, Padi House, and Kimiya, alongside a mix of local and Asian dining options ranging from Thai and Japanese to kopitiam-style favourites.
The lineup also includes Lok Yoon, Kaki Lima, Claypot Sifu, Muu Thai, Straits House, Holiao Noodles, and more, giving the mall a strong food-first focus.

Beyond dining, ASC is expected to include lifestyle and experiential offerings as well, with plans in the works for fitness and wellness studios, rock-climbing gyms, and kids’ creative spaces.

The mall will also be directly linked to the Ara Damansara LRT station via a pedestrian bridge, while connecting to nearby hotspots like Citta Mall, Oasis Square, and surrounding offices and hotels.

Spanning about 130,000 sq ft across 3 levels, the retail component sits within Arra Residences, which also includes 3 residential towers and the Grade-A CEC Tower. The office tower has already secured several corporate tenants, including public-listed companies.
While it’s still a few years away from opening, this new mall in Ara Damansara already looks promising. With its strong F&B lineup and direct LRT link, ASC is looking to be one of those go-to neighbourhood spots you keep in rotation.
