While admission is free, you’ll have to fork out S$28 for the Maltiverse chef table experience by the renowned Chef Stefan Kam. Combining his Dutch and Asian culinary background with experience from working at some of the world’s best Michelin-starred restaurants, Chef Kam’s pure malt menu is suited for even the most refined taste buds.

At the media preview, we got to taste four dishes by Chef Kam, which he elevated with the essence of pure malt. Above all was the Infinity Malt Duck, offering a novel take on the classic risotto. It came with a slow-smoked crispy duck brined in pure malt, enriched with pure malt and duck glaze, and topped with malt-seasoned puffed mix on the duck skin.

We also got to enjoy an exclusive debut live act by dance-electronic duo Bottlesmoker and Bongomann. The two deejays created an artistic rendition of the lifecycle of Pure Malt. They smoothly integrated their addictive performance into the night’s fast-paced, dizzying beats.
