2KulGuyz started out at various bazaars offering restaurant-quality street food like burgers, pizza, and pasta. The 100% Muslim-owned business then reached a new milestone on 20 Mar 2023, opening its first Italian-inspired cafe in Galaxis at One-north.

Co-owned by Chef Shukor Sazali and his partner, Ibrahim Wee, the duo-concept establishment is a fast-paced casual dining concept by day and a semi-fine dining venue by night.

Having worked at various fine dining restaurants at renowned hotels like The St. Regis and The Fullerton, Chef Sazali brings his incredible pool of experience to his new place.

Creating interesting pastas like the pink grapefruit mafalde and the blue pea bucatini, these delightful handcrafted creations will gel extremely well with their wide selection of dishes. Different varieties are rotated every 3 days… so you’ll never get sick of them.

The pasta dishes are broken down into 4 different styles for lunch: Aglio Olio, Ragout Sauce, Tomato Base and Cream Sauce. There are 3 different types of pasta for you to take your pick from.

Indulge in the Smoked Chicken Pomodoro (S$16.90), Samyang Chicken (S$16.90), Smoked Salmon Pink Sauce (S$18.90) or the Prawn Aglio Olio (S$18.90).

If you love lasagna, 2KulGuyz adds a fusion twist to this traditional Italian staple with the Beef Rendang Lasagna (S$9.90) which has layers of the aromatic Muslim specialty in-between.
