It’s safe to say that a Singaporean’s love for bubble tea is unlike any other. However, out of all the insane bubble tea offerings we’ve seen over the years, 8 Degrees‘ latest creation, Bubble Tea Ramen, has officially taken the cake in our bubble tea craze.

8 Degrees - Exterior

With 3 outlets spread across Singapore – Kovan, Jalan Besar, and Sembawang – dig into their Bubble Tea Ramen (S$10.90++), served alongside an amazingly crispy fried chicken cutlet paired with their garlic mayo sauce for an extra crunchy bite.

8 Degrees - Interior

However, if you expect this dish to be sweet like your typical bubble tea on the market, think again! While this dish does bear an uncanny resemblance to the milk tea we all know and love, 8 Degrees uses a tea-infused pork bone broth that carries a more savoury flavour profile than you might expect – a mix of salty and sweet.

8 Degrees - Bubble Tea Ramen

Topped with a handful of super QQ noodles, tapioca pearls, and of course, the staple ramen egg, this is something every bubble tea lover should try at least once in their lifetime. You might like it, you might hate it, but one thing’s for sure: it’s an experience worth having.
