The Oyster & Beer Festival: Sip-N-Slurp is happening from 12 – 17 June 2017, and it is hosted by Angie’s Oyster Bar, well-known for serving up fresh and affordable seafood.

This event aims to allow participants to learn more about pairing beer with oysters — two bold flavour profiles coming together in unison. Featuring five different types of oysters and five kinds of craft beers from Lervig Brewery, it’ll be an eye-opening session.

You’ll also be guided through the geography and history of the oysters, this is to gain a better understanding of its flavours and specific pairings.

Father’s Day is around the corner, and there’s no better event than this for a fun bonding experience.
