Rosita’s deluxe is a pop-up burger stand that offers renditions of the classic American burgers, which are made with fresh in-house ground beef, so you know they’ll be a notch above the rest.

The collaboration with Yardbird, an izakaya specialising in yakitori, will feature burgers that incorporate the essence of both restaurant concepts.

Menu items you can watch out for include the Rosita Deluxe Burger ($15), the Yardbird Chicken Sando ($20), as well as french fries taken to the next level with special flavours; think nori fries and chilli cheese fries.

To help the conversations along, beverages sold at the event will include quality sake options from Sunday’s Grocery and Sake Central, turning up the Japanese flavour of the event.

So don’t miss this opportunity to catch Rosita’s Deluxe burgers, and head down to Park Bench Deli with your friends to experience this well-loved East meets West project.
