
From now until 27 April 2018, Food&HotelAsia (FHA 2018) returns for the 40th year running. Spanning over two venues — Singapore Expo and Suntec Singapore, this international food and hospitality trade event brings us 4,000 exhibitors hailing from more than 70 different countries and regions.

At Singapore Expo, explore the wide range of culinary talent. Watch pastry chefs battle it out for the Asian Gelato Cup in the Gelato Zone. At the SpecialtyCoffee&Tea, watch baristas show off their skills in competitions like the Roast Master Challenge and the Silver Spoon Challenge.
Industry experts will be on hand at Suntec Singapore for the hotel segment of the event. Interested to find out more? Head over to the various workshops and Ask-the-Expert sessions for networking opportunities. There are also workshops catering to Halal-certified kitchens and halal hospitality.

And if you’re up for some heart-pounding action, don’t miss the FHA Culinary Challenge (FCC)! National teams with top chefs from their countries will battle for the Best National Team Award.
Stay for the last day of the event, because the top three national teams will be slicing and dicing at the Battle for the Lion. May the best chef win!
