Bored of the usual Chinese New Year snacks? Don’t worry, L’éclair by Sarah Michelle has come up with a range of seasonal treats. You can even celebrate the occasion with their returning favourite, Bak Kwa Pork Floss Eclair!

If you’re wondering, L’éclair by Sarah Michelle mixes actual bak kwa bits into the eclair’s pastry cream.

A fluffy layer of pork floss then goes over the eclair, giving it that festive vibe. There’s even a piece of white chocolate bearing an auspicious Mandarin character on top of the Bak Kwa Pork Floss Eclair.

The patisserie also offers other Chinese New Year specials, like the Strawberry Cognac EclairPineapple Tart Eclair and Mandarin Orange Eclair. You can sample all four flavours in their CNY Box Of 4 (S$33.50).

Of all the snacks I’ve tried recently, these eclairs from L’éclair by Sarah Michelle are definitely some of the crazier ones I’ve encountered.

Go visiting with a box of these unique CNY eclairs, and you’re sure to impress!
