It seems like we Singaporeans just can’t get enough of bubble tea. There’ve been so many bubble tea chains opening in Singapore, such as the much-anticipated The Alley in Jewel Changi Airport.

And yes, yet another one is joining the list.

One of their drinks, the Dong Ding Oolong Tea, actually achieved the Highest International Authority iTQi certification (International Taste & Quality Institute in Brussels) in 2017.

For those of you who’re unaware, this coveted award is equivalent to a Michelin three-star. I seriously can’t wait to try it when it comes to Singapore!
