Mark your calendars, because Saturday, 20 June 2020 is when you can show your appreciation for Dad, and savour a lovely whisky pairing. At 8pm, join us for a journey which spans Glenfiddich’s 12YO, 15YO and 18YO drams, together with a three-course meal prepared by Chef de Cuisine Howard Leong from Edge, and Executive Pastry Chef Eddy Yau from Pan Pacific Singapore.

Depending on the number of whisky aficionados in your family, you can choose from the following packages:

  • Premium 3-course Glenfiddich Whisky Pairing Experience (S$68/one pax)
  • Premium DUO 3-course Glenfiddich Whisky Pairing Experience (S$108/two pax)
  • Premium TRIO 3-course Glenfiddich Whisky Pairing Experience (S$158/three pax)

If you’re a whisky fan like Dad, then get the two or three pax package and share this whisky dinner pairing with the man of the hour.

You’ll start the night with Glenfiddich 12YO, with its distinctive fresh pear and vanilla cream aroma. Pair this with Shaved Virginia Ham by Chef Howard Leong, a lovely starter consisting of homemade Virginia honey glazed ham layered with crispy caraway seed rye bread.

Hit the complex Glenfiddich 15YO, emboldened with spice and layered with rich sherry oak, marzipan, cinnamon and ginger. It’s only right to enjoy it with the hefty Pan Pacific Emmentaler Cheese Meat Loaf.

This slow-cooked fine cheese meatloaf comes atop marinated pickles, and is served with shiitake mushrooms, fermented sauerkraut, and buttery confit potatoes.

The Glenfiddich 18YO rounds off the night luxuriously, conjuring thoughts of smooth baked apple with a mature finish. Show your Dad how much you appreciate him with a trio of delightful desserts—the 67% Manjari Chocolate Pannacotta, Gianduja and Raspberry Cake, and Passion and Cacao Butter Pillow are bound to set your tastebuds dancing.

Your Dad deserves only the best, so don’t hold back. After all, what’s a little splurging when it comes to celebrating great Dads? Plus, there are only 50 spots for our signature whisky pairing dinner, so you’ll really want to get clicking.

Dates & Times: 20 June 2020 | 8pm onwards

Prices: S$68 per pax, S$108 for 2 pax, S$158 for 3 pax
