If you didn’t know, Kimly Coffeeshop is one of the largest traditional coffee shop operators in Singapore and Tenderfresh group are the folks behind those famous fried and roasted spring chickens. This collaboration is a long time coming, and one of the most exciting to date.

Kedai Kopi will span 5000 sqft with up to 144 seats and feature a smorgasbord of dining options that will certainly leave you spoilt for choice. You’ll see the likes of  Tenderbest, Joy Satay, Istimewa Nasi Padang, Banana Grill to name a few, gracing the hallowed halls of Kedai Kopi.
There will be nine stalls in total at Kedai Kopi, and I can’t wait to have Sambal Stingray from Banana Grill together with Istimewa’s killer nasi padang all on the same table. Plus, there will be a drinks stall for the quintessential teh tarik or kopi to wash everything down. Now, doesn’t that sound like a wonderful Friday night?
One of the more anticipated additions has to be 380 Nasi Lemak.  The team behind Nasi Coco, they will be working together with Tenderfresh’s culinary team to create the ultimate plate of nasi lemak at the sweet, sweet price of S$3.50. Okay, now I really can’t wait for Kedai Kopi to open their doors.
Diversity is always important and to provide a more diverse dining experience, Kedai Kopi requires all of its tenants to be 100% Muslim owned or be in the process of being halal-certified from The Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (MUIS).
Kedai Kopi will be slated to open mid-December 2020, so keep your eyes peeled on their socials for the official opening date!
