Calling all fans of Korean food—you now have the golden opportunity of replicating those delectable dishes in the comfort of your own home. The Butcher’s Dining opened its doors to sunny Singapore on 19 January 2022, boasting a premium butcher concept hailing all the way from Korea.
This concept combines butchery, retail, and dining, promising only top tier Korean culinary culture to all visitors. Korean and Japanese fare often require meat to be cut differently, with fresh meats from Australia, New Zealand, Spain, and the US that are catered specifically for Asian fare.
Maybe you’re not quite ready to claim the title of MasterChef for yourself just yet, but that doesn’t mean you can’t indulge in hearty, authentic Korean fare. The Butcher’s Dining has Meal Kits that can be ready in 20 minutes or less. Think Braised Pork Kimchi Jjim (Price TBA), Gal-bi-jjim (Price TBA), and more.
They also offers an all-day dining experience—indulge in a TBD Cheese Burger (Price TBA) or a Spicy Pulled Pork Burger (Price TBA), sandwiched between soft, buttery buns, stuffed with tangy pickles, and served alongside a fresh seasonal salad or sweet potato crisps.
If traditional Korean fare is more your speed, indulge in the Spicy Pork Kimbap (Price TBA), where flavourful pork and crunchy veggies are served for a vibrant mouthful. Kick it back old school with the Duroc Pork Cutlet (Price TBA), which is drizzled in house sauce, and served with macaroni salad.
