Add Marguerite to the list of places to visit if a romantic dinner date is scheduled! This new restaurant boasts of a minimalistic, yet elegant charm that’ll blow your date away.

Marguerite is headed and owned by Michelin-starred Chef Michael Wilson, and is located in the stunning Flower Dome at Gardens by the Bay where Pollen once stood. Featuring chic Scandinavian furniture, this new restaurant boasts an open kitchen where guests can watch their food prepared right in front of them.

Guests will be able to indulge in a 7-course Chef’s Menu (S$228++), which features delicacies such as Foie Gras Cornetto, Black Trumpet Cigar, New Caledonian blue prawn tagliolini, Roasted Aylesbury duck, Ora King Salmon, and more. Complement the meal by opting for a Wine Pairing (S$198++) or a Temperance Pairing (S$88++) to truly seal the deal on a memorable dinner date.

A vegetarian menu featuring a caponata and percorino tartlet, white polenta, girolle mushroom, quail egg, and black winter truffle, along with celeriac and puy lentil pithivier, fermented shallot, chanterelle mushroom jus will also be available at Marguerite—resplendent and decadent feasting for one and all.

Wine enthusiasts can also come with their expectations high—Marguerite’s drinks menu features a Sommelier Selection by Coravin, with a preservation system that’s designed to pour wine without removing the cork, in order to encapsulate the novelty of freshly-poured wine. Their variety includes Marchesi Antinori 2011 Solaia (S$180), Chateau d’Yquem 2016 ‘Y’ Ygrec (S$130), Domaine Faiveley 2017 Corton Charlemange  (S$158), and more.

The restaurant also boasts of a private dining area that can sit up to twelve people comfortably, providing an alternative experience to the restaurant that’s no less memorable and perfect for an intimate gathering amongst friends. Reservations at Marguerite can be made here.
