Hotpot is enjoyable, but for many girls, the most bothersome part is undoubtedly having to wash their hair afterward. As attentive as ever, Haidilao has noticed this concern and launched a hair wash service to assist in resolving the issues. How cool is that?
Certainly, the service isn’t limited to female customers only. It is offered to everyone, however, keep in mind that it’s only available at the IOI Puchong branch. In order to guarantee the quality of the service, Haidilao has also established a specified period for guests to enjoy it.
There are 2 sessions scheduled from every Monday to Thursday. The first session will run from 11am to 3.30pm, and the second, from 4pm to 9pm.
Customers have to redeem an experience card with 200 points in order to get a hair wash. Do note that guests may only receive basic hair washing and care services— advanced services like head massages and hair styling are not supported. It should also be noted that the employees there are not professional hairdressers.

The hair wash for each customer will take about 20 minutes. Before using the service, don’t forget to check the product labels for any sensitivities— after all, nobody wants their experience to be unpleasant. In addition, guests have the option of drying their hair on their own or asking for staff assistance.
Haidilao’s hair wash service is scheduled to launch on 13 May 2024.
