This hidden gem of a restaurant opens at 7.30am and mainly serves breakfast and early lunch. The only downside to this restaurant is that it provides meals in the morning then shuts for the rest of the day.
They serve the usual Malaysian breakfast meals like Nasi Lemak (RM4.50) and more uncommon dishes like Lontong Kering (RM5.20).
Lontong Kering is a dish that features nasi empet, peanut sauce, boiled egg, serunding (spicy grated coconut), and diced vegetables. Additionally, you can add-on the Ayam Goreng Berempah (RM3.50) and Sambal Sotong (RM3.50) to enhance your meals.
Aside from providing nostalgia to its patrons, the restaurant features a chalkboard with a different quote and illustration every day to welcome customers and brighten their moods. But the chalkboard isn’t just for show! It’s a warm welcome sign, letting everyone know they’re open and ready to serve delicious meals.
