Vincent Van Gogh truly needs no introduction. A classic case of a great talent gone too soon, he is an artist who has defined the art world for generations. His legacy lives on through his art and the many works that he inspired over the years.

Thinking of Van Gogh, I remember the Doctor Who episode where The Doctor asked someone to describe Van Gogh’s legacy in front of the man himself. Van Gogh, in the show, was left awe-struck by the praise. This scene always reminds me of how he never got to appreciate his own brilliance.

Now, it is up to us to honour him and continue telling his story.
