If you missed the Great Singapore Sale, the annual, island-wide shopping event that featured discounts across various retail sectors, its successor, the first-ever Singapore Retail Festival (SRF), will be back from 26 Sep to 12 Oct 2025.

Organised by the Singapore Retailers Association, the SRF celebrates creativity and change and aims to rekindle consumer enthusiasm for visiting physical stores, while highlighting the innovation in Singapore’s retail industry.
Launched to commemorate Singapore’s 60th anniversary of independence, the festival will take place alongside the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix 2025, capitalising on the wave of international visitors.
Check out these highlights.
Exclusive Value-Driven Products
The festival will put together limited-time, curated product selections and exclusive partnerships that facilitate meaningful purchasing. These will extend beyond discounts, which distinguishes the festival from the Great Singapore Sale.
Experiential Retail Concepts
Through interactive in-store activities and temporary concepts such as pop-ups, the festival aims to craft immersive spaces that captivate, offering memorable experiences and Instagram-ready alternatives to shopping on Lazada or Taobao.
New Retail Brands

If you bought cheap goods from the big-name brands such as Harvey Norman and Metro during the Great Singapore Sale, the good news is that they will be returning, alongside emerging retail names that are set to make a splash. These newcomers introduce innovative ideas, niche selections and daring concepts that resonate with changing consumer preferences, enriching the retail landscape.
Thematic Celebrations

Annually, the SRF will take on a unique theme to ensure that the experience does not become stale and is in tune with consumer trends — something exciting to explore firsthand. This strategy not only enables creative storytelling and tailored retail experiences but also fosters continuous excitement.
If these concepts entice you, mark out the period (26 Sep to 12 Oct 2025) of the SRF on your calendar.
