Their punchy chilli sauce, which is both garlicky and tangy, fragrant ginger paste and dark soy sauce will be served on the side. It features Mdm Foo’s homemade curry recipe and, of course, their standout steamed chicken. Choose between Chicken Rice, White Rice, Yellow Noodle, Thick Vermicelli or Baguette to pair with this delicious curry.

Another Jewel Changi Airport exclusive is the Tian Tian Heritage Platter (S$25.80). This platter is suitable for 2-3 pax. It consists of Thai-Style Fried Tofu, Ngoh Hiang, Tiger Prawn Beanskin Roll, Fried Salad Prawns (3 pieces each) and Hainanese Pork Chop (5 slices). This decadent platter of savoury and crispy delights is definitely one to try.
