The jungle-neon theme is indeed a mood. Like the very cool Hotel Soloha, Aquadisiac is the vivacious, funky, chic restaurant you want to find yourself on a Friday night. Described as a dream you never had and one that is bursting with eccentricity, a night at Aquadisiac is one you never want to forget.

The night starts like a roaring Gatsby party in the spacious 150-seater space that’s decked out with faux grass and neon lights. With teeming indoor trees, zebra-coloured seats, and bright safari-themed yellow booths, you know that the folks at Aquadisiac know how to have a good time. Now that you’ve settled in and abuzz with the energy of Aquadisiac, it’s time for you to sink your teeth into their menu.
For now, they have a Teaser Dining Menu that features the likes of the Mixed Grilled Sausages (S$22) or the simple Mushrooms + Vegetables (S$14) with a bounty of deep-fried battered oysters, mushrooms, onion, okra, and eggplant to tease your tastebuds. Dip these veggies in the kaffir lime aioli cream for all that zingy goodness.

Okay, now this is where things get heated. Aquadisiac has a Happy Hour Special with free-flow Truffle Fries & Korean Wings from 5pm to 9pm with any purchase of an alcoholic beverage. Yes, you’ve read that right. It’s all of our favourite things, and we have an endless supply of them. It’s a bowl of fluffy, golden thick-cut fries that are covered with a glorious truffle mayonnaise to remind us that life is always a little fun with truffles.
As a cherry on top, free-flow Korean Wings is how we try to make all the wrongs in the world seem right.

Now, it’s time for those drinks. Pick from a smorgasbord of drinks that will make the night fizz away in a luxurious haze. The Kinky Flamingo (S$17) or the Monster Logan Mojito (S$18) is sure a great way to start the night off. To make a real party, have yourself a Fruit White Wine Sangria (S$16) reminiscent of that perfect beach getaway.
