By now, Bao Makers needs no introduction. Those familiar would know that they’re the game changer of traditional Chinese buns in Singapore, introducing a repertoire of local and international flavours into their bao concept. Your favourite Japanese staple, salmon mentaiko? They’re probably the first to put that in a bao here.

Over these few years, they’ve expanded and revamped their menu frequently, presenting their culinary finesse with both innovative and comforting dishes. It’s no longer just a bao situation—other dishes are now hot favourites as well. And, they’ve combined it all into one bundle with their new All Fave Set (S$78), a perfect meal that feeds two to three at home.

The set features six baos of your choice, with flavours such as your classic Belly of Pork, Singapore’s represent Chilli Crab, Salmon Mentaiko and more. You can also hop on the Mala craze with their well-balanced Mala Beef, my personal favourite, or lick the savoury sauce of their Salted Egg Chicken bao clean.

It also includes savoury favourites like the Beef Sando, featuring a thick cut of beef patty fried to a crisp, and the lauded Salmon Mentaiko Artisan Roll—topped with luscious mentaiko sauce and a generous heap of roe. Also, pair your indulgence with their Iced Citrus Tea, a refreshing fruity blend to chase the parchedness away.

There’s honestly no other better conclusion to dinner than dessert, so they’ve included two pieces of their Black Magic Brownie, a dark and rich cube of chocolatey goodness that’s hard to beat. Chocolate fans, they’ve got you.

I’ll never imagine a bao concept store to infuse Japanese and Western elements in a dish while retaining bouts of local tastes, but Bao Makers does a great job at it. They also have an ample menu of rice and noodle fare, seafood, meat. And did I mention, that their coffee is also a winner as well? Check out their menu for a good meal, and you’ll have a hard time making up your mind.

Right now, Bao Makers is also offering free delivery for orders above S$100, and a 15% off for self-pickup orders. Check out their website for more details.
