If you’re a fan of the Hong Kong traditional pastry scene, you might have heard of Hang Heung Cake Shop.

BreadTalk will be bringing in the 99-year heritage brand’s mooncakes from Hong Kong, which will be available from 13 August – 13 September 2019.

Mooncake fans can look forward to Hang Heung Cake Shop’s best-selling signature White Lotus Seed Mooncake with Double Yolk (S$17 per piece, S$63 per box).

There are four mooncakes in a set, and they come in a fancy gold tin box with floral patterns.

The White Lotus Seed Mooncake with Double Yolk is handmade with ingredients from Hunan (Xianglian), and the white lotus paste is created using Hang Heung’s very own recipe.

If you enjoy your mooncakes with egg yolks, you’ll also be glad to know that these mooncakes use fine-grade double salted egg yolks.

If you like some crunch in your mooncakes, you can also go for their popular Mixed Nuts Mooncake (S$18 per piece).
