Happening 57 levels above ground, the rooftop event Sky High Brunch is back for its third edition this year at Ce La Vi, Marina Bay Sands on 17 November 2018.

For those who prefer a midday alcoholic drink over a cup of coffee, expect no less than four hours of free-flow Veuve Clicquot champagne and some innovative cocktails. There will also be an extensive Modern Asian buffet spread prepared by Chef Joey Sergentakis.

The exclusive brunch spread will feature crowd favourites, such as Tamarind Grilled Chicken Thighs, Crispy Pork Belly and Braised Duck Legs in Red Curry. Expect other beautifully curated dishes, such as Sesame Panna Cotta Verrine, Crispy Pork Belly Bun and a raw bar presenting fresh seafood.


Paired together with the panoramic view of Singapore’s skyline, the brunch affair is guaranteed to keep your whole gang well-fed and entertained.
