Sweet, sticky, savoury glaze over barbecued chicken — that’s the char siu we all know and love. This 2019, Chimichanga is combining our all-time favourite meat with their hearty Mexican food to create a delectable fusion of Char Siu Tacos and Char Siu Nachos!
The tacos are filled with slices of char siu drenched in their rice homemade sauce. It is accompanied with diced jalapenos, juicy cucumbers, julienned carrots and finished with a drizzle of Sriracha hot sauce. This makes for a well-rounded balance of sweet and spicy with a refreshing bite.
For tortilla chip lovers, upgrade the usual nachos with succulent char siu slices. If that does not sound indulgent enough, it is topped with Chimichanga’s signature green sauce, sour cream, salsa and cheddar cheese sauce too. This will definitely take your nachos experience up a notch!
Both the Char Siu Tacos and Char Siu Nachos are going at wallet-friendly prices of S$10 each. They are available at both Chimichanga and Chimi’s, from now till the 28 February 2019.
