Finally, it has returned. I, like many other coffee lovers, have craved the comeback of the Black Forest Mocha Ice Blended from The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.

That is why, for its 63rd anniversary in Singapore, Coffee Bean has brought it back for a limited time. If you’re a CoffeeBean SG Rewards member, you can even get the drink for 63% off until 21 Oct 2026.

Coffee Bean - Black Forest Ice Blended

You’re probably familiar with the cake that shares the same name, but this drink is a fan favourite in its own right. So when it left the menu, many have been waiting for its return (me included). Now that it’s back, it comes with 2 whipped cream options: the classic and the new chocolate-flavoured one. Both are topped with chocolate curls.

CoffeeBean SG Rewards members can get 63% off 1 Black Forest Mocha Ice Blended, in Regular or Large size. This is available at all stores except those at Sentosa, Changi Airport, Jewel Changi Airport and Beanstro outlets.

The offer is open to new and existing members, with 1 redemption per member, so don’t worry if you haven’t signed up yet.

Coffee Bean - Black Forest Try

Of course, I went down to give it a try. Maybe it’s the nostalgia talking, but it’s exactly how I remember it — just cuter with the chocolate whipped cream!

The blend of rich, bitter mocha and sweet, vibrant maraschino cherries almost gives a Christmas-y vibe. The whipped cream is also light and not too sweet, making it a delightfully balanced drink.

Coffee Bean - Tote Bag

That’s not all, though. From 13 Oct 2026, you can get a free limited-edition canvas tote bag if you spend S$30 or more in a single in-store receipt. The tote comes with 3 stick-on patches from a collection of 18 artist-designed patches. Week 1 patches have been fully redeemed, unfortunately, but new designs will be released weekly while stocks last.

Week 2 starts on Tuesday, 20 Oct 2026, so there’s still a chance to get one.

They also have a “Scribble On” contest on Instagram to encourage creativity in all of us. Share your doodles on Coffee Bean’s napkins, and you might just win a S$63 Coffee Bean e-gift card. The contest closes on 23 Oct 2026, with entry instructions and terms on @coffeebeansg’s Instagram.

Free live caricature sessions with local artists @james.ek and @faizalcaricatures are also happening over 2 days. They’ll be at Marine Cove, East Coast Park on Saturday, 17 Oct 2026 (3pm – 6pm), and at Jem on Sunday, 18 Oct 2026 (3.30pm – 6.30pm).

As you can tell, they really pulled out all the stops for Coffee Bean’s 63rd anniversary.

I love a good story, especially something that tugs at the heartstrings! Also a master of Mac & Cheese (self-appointed)
