Back for its 14th edition, this year’s Food and Beverage Fair will take place from 13 to 16 April 2017. With over 200 exhibitors stationed at Singapore Expo’s Hall 6, this is said to be the largest consumer food exhibition island-wide.
Showcasing everything from beverages, biscuits, canned food and frozen items to delicious local and international favourites, there are a ton of delicacies here that you surely don’t want to miss! What’s more, most of these will be sold at ridiculously good deals so this is where you can truly get more bang for your buck.
Aside from the ongoing sales, 20 lucky participants will also stand a chance to win a complimentary culinary class conducted by local celebrity Chef Siti Mastura in partnership with SSA Culinary. Held on 15 April from 7pm – 8pm at booth M21 – 24, this course will potentially polish your baking skills or maybe even allow you to pick up a skill or two from an expert baker.

Another piece of good news for all you foodies! New exhibitors including Oyster Lah will be setting up booths. Selling fresh oysters, its debut at the fair will feature the aptly named, “4 Heavenly Kings” which consists of Thai Chilli Oysters, Garlic Oysters, Butter Oysters and Original Oysters. This is one you oyster connoisseurs surely can’t resist.
