Readers living in Punggol, especially Northshore, rejoice! FoodHub in Northshore Plaza I opened its doors on 6 Nov 2026. The food court is located at #01-08/18, directly opposite Koi and beside Giant. With 14 stalls under 1 fully air-conditioned roof, the residents get more food options.
To celebrate its opening, diners can get 80c Kopi O or Teh O for just 80 cents. There will also be budget meals such as traditional breakfasts for S$2.50. In this economy? Yes please.

Those residing nearby may know that there are many vacant stalls around Northshore Plaza, but the mall seems to be undergoing a revival with new food stalls. One of those is Hippopotato, which opened in Oct 2026. This new FoodHub is an addition to the food scene — the mall previously only had 1 food court — Bagus by Kopitiam.
Do note that some of the stalls were not operating when I visited on the morning of 6 Nov 2026, but they are expected to open within the next few days. Without further ado, here are the stalls available and some dishes you can savour.

Let’s start off on the left side of FoodHub. First, you’ll be greeted by a chain brand — Yuen Kee Dumpling. They serve dumplings and wantons with fillings such as pork and tobiko. There’s also Thai Tze Char, which sells Chicken Wing Rice (S$3).
If you’re like me and can’t eat a meal without a drink, head to the Beverages & Desserts stall. Drinks, including Iced Calamansi start from S$2.10. The Chicken Rice stall right beside the Beverages & Desserts stall offers Roasted / Steamed Chicken Rice at S$4.50.

For those who love noodles, Wen Ji Noodle sells a variety of noodles starting from S$3. You can’t go wrong with their signature Dry / Soup Fishball Noodle (S$5.60). If you prefer duck over chicken, make a beeline for Taste Legend Charcoal Roasted Delights, with dishes such as Boneless Duck Rice (S$4) and Boneless Duck Noodles (S$5.50).
Veggie lovers can try out Yuan Yang Spinach Soup, offering Spinach Sliced Food Porridge (S$6.50) and Spinach Seafood Soup (S$5.50) amongst others. You’ll be sure to have a warm, comforting meal at Ling Nan Claypot, where prices start at S$5.80.

Get your mala fix at Wonderful Mala Hotpot; ingredients are priced at S$2.28/100g — affordable in my opinion. Do note that there’s a minimum order value of S$7. Ruchulu declares itself the House of Flavours for South and North Indian food as well as Indo-Chinese delights.
For those who love Korean and Japanese cuisine, there’s a fusion stall you won’t want to miss. Choose from their range of bentos, curry rice and noodles. There’s even Fat Beef Sukiyaki (S$8.80). Abang Gemuk sells mouth-watering burgers, Western grill, pasta, rice and finger foods starting at S$3.

844 Prawn Noodle has Sliced Pork Bee Hoon Soup for S$3, while its prawn dishes start at S$6. It’s not a food court without the shiny caifan stall; the Mixed Vege stall sells a combination of 2Veg 1Meat for just S$3.
