G-Dragon and McDonald’s are teaming up for a new Asia-wide collaboration, with Malaysia set to join the campaign this November. The K-pop star’s latest brand partnership will bring limited-time menu items and exclusive merchandise to participating markets, although details of the Malaysian lineup have yet to be announced.

The G-Dragon x McDonald’s collaboration launches in Malaysia on 5 Nov 2026, following its rollout in South Korea and other Asian markets. The campaign combines McDonald’s menu with G-Dragon’s signature fashion identity through his label, PEACEMINUSONE.

One of the key elements of the collaboration is a gochujang butter sauce, developed by McDonald’s Korea. The sauce brings together the savoury richness of butter with the spicy flavour of gochujang, a fermented Korean chilli paste.
In South Korea, the campaign includes two limited-time burgers: the McCrispy Gochujang Butter and McSpicy Gochujang Butter. Both feature chicken patties with the special sauce and Colby Jack cheese, while the gochujang butter is also available as a dipping sauce.
However, Malaysian fans may see a different selection. McDonald’s menus can vary across participating Asian markets, and the company has yet to confirm which food items will be offered in Malaysia.

The collaboration will also include PEACEMINUSONE merchandise, bringing G-Dragon’s fashion label into the campaign. Known for its distinctive streetwear aesthetic and signature daisy motif, PEACEMINUSONE will contribute a limited-edition collection created in collaboration with McDonald’s.
The exact merchandise available in Malaysia has not been revealed either, leaving both the food and fashion lineup open for now.
For now, make sure to save the date! Whether you’re here for G-Dragon, the Korean-inspired flavours, the PEACEMINUSONE merch, or just curious about what McDonald’s is cooking up, this is one McD collaboration Malaysian VIPs will want to watch.
