If there’s one thing the Il Lido Group knows, it’s to provide a merry good time. Their establishments such as Amo and Braci are tasteful affairs but still personable, fun, and not at all uptight. That’s why it makes so much sense that a bottomless cocktail brunch at Gemma Steakhouse should be next on your list for a smashing good time on the weekend.

This newly launched boozy affair is available every Sunday from 12pm to 3pm. At S$150++ per pax, you get a selection of 10 sharing dishes and free-flow cocktails. For early birds who book now, they are also offering a special price of S$128++ per pax.

The economics of Gemma’s bottomless cocktail brunch is sound—cocktails generally put quite a pinch on the wallet, setting you back S$20 or so per pop. With 10 sharing dishes on the side, this is a good value proposition for a hedonistic weekend.

During the brunch, you can order all you want from a selection of 5 of Gemma’s quality tipples, mostly classics that you can’t go wrong with. Martinis for those that want a bit of dry punch or Negronis for those that like a bit more swagger to their drinks.

If you’re somehow not a fan of these two timeless classics, there are also Espresso Martinis, Whisky Sours, and Apertass available for your imbibing pleasure.

But of course, bottomless cocktails aren’t the only thing Gemma’s brunch has going. Besides knocking down glasses of Martinis, you can also indulge in Gemma’s signature dish—steak.

The 10 sharing plates includes a main of Gemma Duo Steak which provides a premium duo of Jack Creeks Beef Tenderloin and Sanchoku Wagyu Skirt.

Seafood lovers might also salivate at the idea of the luxurious Spanner Crab Ravioli that’s dressed in vongole sauce, Amalfi lemon and topped with cured trout roe. Either way, you’d be sure to eat—and drink—your fill.
