The hotel’s master mixologist has teamed up with the chefs to present a delectable spread to pair with a flight of curated gin and tonics.
Diners can expect gin-spired spread, such as Cured Salmon with Organic Passionfruit Gin, Fresh Tsarskaya Oysters with Sipsmith Sloe Gin Mignonette, Escargot bourguignon, Ransom Old Tom gin reduction and blue cheese tartlet and more.
Couples who select the gin and tonic flight can look forward to trying gins from Australia, Holland and England, incorporated into cocktails for Valentine’s Day.
