Look forward to flavours like the Creme Brûlée, Yubari Rock Melon, and all-time favourite Nutella. Ice cream at Haute and Cauld is available in single scoops (S$3.80) or double scoops (S$7), with a top-up of S$1.50 for premium flavours.

Most strikingly of all, though, are Haute and Cauld’s pitch black Charcoal Waffles (S$7.90), finely dusted with icing sugar and topped with the ice cream flavours of your choice. Expect an indulgent layer of cream cheese drizzled in between your waffle stack to add that extra oomph to each bite.
The ice cream experience just isn’t complete till the thick and fluffy waffle comes in. I find that a warm waffle just elevates a refreshing scoop of ice cream with its warm contrast in a way that no other carb pairing can.
Apart from the Charcoal Waffles, you can also get their waffles in Red Velvet (S$7.90) and Buttermilk (S$7.90) flavours.
You might be wondering about Haute and Cauld’s name, with the play on the phrase ‘hot and cold’. This is because their full menu promises a range of hot foods like sandwiches that can precede your ice cream dessert. Keep an eye out for when they launch their full menu.
