Hawkers’ Street is opening its newest branch over at Tras Street. With popular branches at ION Orchard, Tampines 1, and Bukit Panjang Plaza, Hawkers’ Street’s opening is largely anticipated by foodies in Tanjong Pagar.

Located in 100AM Mall at Tanjong Pagar, this branch features a variety of local cuisines, as well as the addition of 5 brands with Michelin stars and a few of Singapore’s famed hawkers. This not only provides more options for diners in the area, but also quality food.

Tai Wah Pork Noodles is a notable Michelin brand, bringing its Signature Tai Wah Pork Noodles (S$10.50). Diners rave about their sweet sauces and springy noodles, not forgetting their famed wontons, which tie the whole dish together. It’s perfect for diners craving a comforting bowl of noodles or even a warm bowl of soup.

Another beloved stall opening at the new branch is Wok Hei Hor Fun, which received its Michelin accolades just last year in 2025. Their fried noodles have a smoky flavour profile, and the thick sauce clings to each strand of noodles, making it flavourful and savoury. Their Beef Hor Fun (S$6) features its succulent beef pieces, along with the rich gravy, making it a crowd favourite.

Included in Singapore’s Famed Hawkers list and with an average Google rating of 4.84 stars from over 2,500 reviews across all their outlets, the quality of food from Hill Street Hainanese Curry Rice cannot be questioned. Their Signature Curry Rice (S$8.90) consists of pork belly, pork chop, cabbage, and egg with a hearty amount of curry drizzled all over.
Other standout dishes include the Chicken Wing Curry Rice (S$5.90) and the Pork Chop Curry Rice (S$6.30).
While there is no definite date set for the opening, diners can expect to have plentiful food options by May.
From Michelin stalls to satay bee hoon & lei cha, Hawkers’ Street at Tampines 1 is a must-visit!
