Tai Wah Pork Noodles is a notable Michelin brand, bringing its Signature Tai Wah Pork Noodles (S$10.50). Diners rave about their sweet sauces and springy noodles, not forgetting their famed wontons, which tie the whole dish together. It’s perfect for diners craving a comforting bowl of noodles or even a warm bowl of soup.

Another beloved stall opening at the new branch is Wok Hei Hor Fun, which received its Michelin accolades just last year in 2025. Their fried noodles have a smoky flavour profile, and the thick sauce clings to each strand of noodles, making it flavourful and savoury. Their Beef Hor Fun (S$6) features its succulent beef pieces, along with the rich gravy, making it a crowd favourite.

Their Signature Curry Rice (S$8.90) consists of pork belly, pork chop, cabbage, and egg with a hearty amount of curry drizzled all over.

Other standout dishes include the Chicken Wing Curry Rice (S$5.90) and the Pork Chop Curry Rice (S$6.30).

While there is no definite date set for the opening, diners can expect to have plentiful food options by May.

From Michelin stalls to satay bee hoon & lei cha, Hawkers’ Street at Tampines 1 is a must-visit!
