If you’re a sucker for strawberry-flavoured anything, I have great news for you.
To meet growing international demand for fruit liqueur products, South Korean alcohol brand Hite Jinro has launched Jinro Strawberry, the latest in their fruity soju lineup.
Jinro Strawberry has an alcohol by volume (ABV) content of 13%, with a sweet and refreshing taste from the Korean strawberries they use.
It is the fourth fruit-flavoured soju to be released after Jinro Grapefruit, Jinro Plum and Jinro Green Grape.
Upon its launch in May 2019, 420,000 bottles of Jinro Strawberry were exported to 18 countries, including Cambodia, Laos, China, Thailand, and France.
There is no list of Singapore suppliers and retailers for now, but the best bet would be to check out leading Korean supermarkets and restaurants.
It might make an appearance at Beerfest Asia 2019, so keep your fingers crossed.
Honestly, who’s going to say ‘no’ to fruity soju? Keep them coming, Hite Jinro!
